Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER your intended departure date from Africa, with multiple blank pages.
Visas: Check visa requirements for all countries you’re visiting. Apply well in advance through official government portals.
Vaccinations: Consult your doctor about recommended vaccinations (Yellow Fever, Typhoid, Hepatitis A&B, etc.). Bring your Yellow Fever Certificate if required.
Travel Insurance: COMPULSORY – must cover emergency medical evacuation, hospitalization, trip cancellation/interruption, and loss of belongings.
Copies: Keep digital and physical copies of your passport, visas, insurance policy, and itinerary separate from the originals.
Luggage: Soft-sided bags/duffels are preferred (easier for light aircraft transfers). Hard-shell suitcases often not permitted on charter flights.
